TITLE: Marketing Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a closely related field and 5 years of experience as a Marketing management or closely related marketing roles involving market research, campaign planning and execution, and analysis of marketing performance, or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a closely related field and no experience required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Market research and competitive analysis; Development and execution of marketing campaigns; Analysis of marketing performance metrics and reporting; Use of CRM and marketing analytics tools; Budget tracking related to marketing initiatives; Written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency with standard business and computer software.

JOB DUTIES: Plans, directs, and coordinates marketing policies and programs for Tender Heart Quality Care Services LLC. Responsible for determining demand for the company’s healthcare and quality care services, identifying target customers, evaluating competitors, and developing data-driven marketing strategies to expand market share while maintaining customer satisfaction. Strategic planning, financial analysis, pricing strategy development, and coordination of marketing activities to support organizational growth and service delivery objectives. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on organizational objectives, market characteristics, cost structures, and competitive positioning. Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs to promote the company’s healthcare and quality care services. Analyze market demand, client demographics, referral patterns, and competitor offerings to identify potential customers and growth opportunities. Develop and recommend pricing strategies that balance organizational goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Oversee and monitor service development initiatives and market trends to identify the need for new or enhanced services. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, community outreach, referral development, and promotional campaigns. Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing initiatives, including budgets, expenditures, cost estimates, and return-on-investment (ROI) and profit-and-loss projections. Direct and coordinate sales support, marketing, and customer engagement activities in collaboration with internal teams. Compile and maintain detailed descriptions of service offerings, value propositions, and marketing materials for internal and external use. Analyze marketing performance data and program effectiveness to inform operational decisions and continuous improvement. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools to track leads, client engagement, and campaign outcomes. Prepare marketing reports, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, peers, subordinates, referral partners, and external vendors. Organize, plan, and prioritize marketing activities to meet organizational goals, deadlines, and budgetary requirements. Supervise marketing staff or coordinate with external consultants and vendors as required to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Ensure that all marketing activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
